Post Your Event

Looking to post your event on our site, read on!
 
The fee to post an event for "current" AAU Member Clubs is $50 per event weekend. Your Club must be  registered (for the 2011-12 season) in order to pay the "Member Rate" of $50. Non-AAU Clubs/Programs may also post events on this site, with the fee being $100 per weekend event. This fee does not include insurance of any kind, whether paid by a Member or Non-Member. Please note this change from previous years. 
 
Also, MGAB does not post events for outside organizations on dates already occupied by our own Association events.  This is also a change from previous years. 
 
Potential postings will not be processed until the information provided below has been submitted along with payment. All fees are non-refundable once the event has been posted online.
 
To add your event to the list, please provide the following information:
 
        1. AAU Club Code (if applicable)
        2. Date of Event
        3. Host Club/Organization
        4. Location of Event (city/township)
        5. Entry Fee
        6. Grade divisions offered
        7. Format of event (Individual or Team, pool play, awards offered, games guaranteed, etc.)
        8. Event Contact and that person's contact information
