GOVERNING BOARD
The Governing Board consists of the five elected officers and the six elected representatives from Discussion Groups, totaling eleven members. All of the officers are elected to four year terms. The Director, Secretary, and Treasurer were elected November 7, 2010. The First and Second Vice Directors were elected in 2008 with the next election to be held in 2012. Officers are elected at the Association’s annual meeting. Representatives are elected for each Discussion Group at the annual Discussion Group meeting. A Representative will serve a one year term. 2011-2012 Representatives will serve through August 2012.

DISCUSSION GROUP LOCATIONS
Discussion Group A is composed of all clubs north of Mt. Pleasant. It comprises all of the northern part of the Lower Peninsula and all of the Upper Peninsula.
Discussion Group B is composed of all clubs in the Grand Rapids area - south to Wayland, north to Big Rapids, east to Edmore.
Discussion Group C is composed of all clubs in Southwestern Michigan and Central Michigan. It comprises Jackson, Lansing, and northeast as far as Swartz Creek.
Discussion Group D is composed of all clubs in Southeastern Michigan. It comprises Ann Arbor, Downriver Detroit, and north to I-96 and I-696.
Discussion Group E is composed of all clubs north of I-696, east of Fenton, and north to Capac.
Discussion Group F is composed of all clubs in the Thumb, west to Edmore, north to Mt. Pleasant. It includes Flint, Saginaw and Mount Pleasant.
